Please be advised that during your child’s/children’s participation in Zaniac classes (online or in person), events, activities or camps your child may be photographed, videotaped, or interviewed. With your consent, these photographs, videos or interviews may be reproduced or released by Zaniac Miami to be used in various or all media outlets such as; printed marketing materials, website, social media, digital content, videos, etc. At any time, Zaniac agrees to remove any such photos within 45 days of receipt of a written request/notification.

I acknowledge that since my child’s/children’s participation with Zaniac Miami during these classes is voluntary; I will receive no financial compensation for the use of their likeness in a photograph.

By signing up to Zaniac classes, I automatically grant permission to use my child’s/children’s likeness, I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Zaniac Miami from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heir(s), representative(s), executor(s), administrator(s), or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

In the case where you do not want your child's/children's photograph/video/interview to be used for media release purposes please send us an email with the subject line MEDIA RELEASE - REMOVE indicating your instructions and child's/children's name to [email protected]
